These terms govern your use of Dicast. By creating a workspace you accept them.
Dicast reviews pull requests and publishes findings and status checks. We may change how the service works, and we will announce changes that remove functionality you rely on at least 30 days in advance.
You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the access you grant it. Keep your credentials and API tokens secure. Tell us promptly at security@dicast.dev if you believe an account has been compromised.
You must be at least 16 years old, and if you accept these terms for an organisation you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
You keep all rights in the code and content you make available to Dicast. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you: to read, process and transmit that content to the model vendors seated on your panel for the purpose of producing a review. That licence ends when you remove the content or close your account.
We do not train models on your code and we do not use it to improve the service for anyone else.
Do not use Dicast to review content you have no right to, to attempt to extract the underlying models or prompts, to circumvent quotas or rate limits, or to resell reviews as your own service. Do not use it to develop malware or to identify vulnerabilities in systems you are not authorised to test.
Dicast is an automated tool that assists human review. It does not guarantee that reviewed code is correct, secure, or fit for any purpose, and a passing merge gate is not a certification. You remain responsible for what you merge and ship. Do not rely on Dicast as your only control over code that affects safety, money or personal data.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, per developer as defined in plans and quotas. Fees exclude VAT and other applicable taxes. Trials convert to a paid plan only if you provide payment details; we will not charge you by surprise.
You may cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires it or where we materially failed to provide the service.
Price changes are announced at least 60 days before your next renewal.
We aim for high availability and publish our record on the status page. Scale plans may include a service level agreement in a separate order form; otherwise the service is provided without an uptime commitment. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment after notice, or immediately where use threatens the security or integrity of the service or breaches section 4. We will give reasons and, where the issue can be fixed, a chance to fix it.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of your local law.
We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email to workspace administrators before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Dicast after that date means you accept the new terms.
